It’s been too long! Let’s COFFEE TAWK again!

Even though the museum remains temporarily closed, we’re brewing up a NU virtual cup with Coffee Tawk to Go! Join us every month for online tours of our current exhibitions, conversations with local collectors and enthusiasts, interviews with exhibiting artists, and other cool fun stuff. 

Join NUMU Curator, Allison Railo and Executive Director, Maureen Cappon-Javey in conversation with featured Los Gatos Collectors Lee and Dr. Paul Quintana whose collection is featured in the exhibition A Call to Collect: Whimsy Around the World on view in our Spotlight Gallery.

This jewel of an exhibition celebrates and investigates the pursuit of collecting folk art. It features the prized pieces from the Quintanas’ collection that the couple has amassed over 40 years of traveling the globe. After the Tawk, we’ll pay a virtual visit to the Quintana’s Los Gatos home to see this eclectic collection up close.

And we invite YOU to join the conversation by sharing a special treasure you’ve picked up on your travels.
