When: Saturday & Sunday, March 12 & 13 | 10:30am - 4pm No work will be accepted after Sunday, March 13.
Mandatory Form
At the time of artwork drop-off, a hard copy of the Exhibit Agreement Form must be turned in, completed and signed by the Artist and a parent or legal guardian, even if the Artist is 18 years of age or above.
Preparing Your Artwork for Drop-off
Read below for important instructions for preparing your artwork for drop-off and installation. Please include your name and artwork's title on the back (or underside for sculptures) of the piece.
2-D artworks (drawing, painting*, mixed media painting/drawing, digital media), must be framed with hanging hardware and properly oriented. Works on paper must be framed behind glass or plexiglass. Unframed artwork will not be accepted.
*Stretched canvas artworks with a substantial stretcher bar (at least 1 inch thick), do not require a frame, but it still must have hanging hardware installed and be properly oriented.
Sculptures, please include any special instructions for installation.
Video/Animation entries are required to submit a high resolution MP4 file on a USB drive.
Wrapping/Packing
All 2-D works must be wrapped in butcher paper, reusable plastic or bubble wrap. 3-D works must be boxed with foam, bubblewrap, tissue paper or newspaper for padding if necessary. No packing peanuts or other small, loose material. Please include the artist's name, category of artwork (i.e. painting, drawing, photograph etc.), ARTWORK title, and contact phone number somewhere on packaging.
