2023 Circle Studio Visits
Experience artwork inspired by nature surrounded in a lush garden with spectacular views in the home studio of photographer, Jane Olin. Join us for an intimate outdoor brunch exploring Jane’s scenic garden and studio. Nestled in the foothills of Carmel Valley, among the twisting trees in Jane’s garden, we’ll dine al fresco on local fair sourced from nearby farms. Then, we’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Jane’s artistic process by viewing select artworks in her home studio.
Each year NUMU plans a visit the our Director’s Circle Artist’s Studio, to view the artwork they’ve created for the limited edition commission exclusively for Director’s Circle Members. This year this event will be a fun filled day in the San Francisco exploring the Bayview/Hunters Point neighborhood. We’ll meet at the hip coffeeshop Bloomstock before we tour Public Glass’s hot shop and gallery. Then we’ll tour textile artist and this year’s Director’s Circle artist, Alexander Hernandez’s intimate studio. We’ll learn more about his process, which will culminate in the unveiling of this year’s Director’s Circle Artwork Commission.
